Daniel has been involved in online marketing for over a decade – with a strong background in SEO and lead generation. He began to work exclusively with flooring retailers in 2023 and has not looked back. His passion for constant improvement (both personal and business) has resulted in the development of what he believes is the best marketing solutions for flooring businesses available on the market. When he is not working on improving himself or the business, you will likely find him spending time with his 2 boys (Milo & Tony) and his wife (Lindsey), playing hockey (in the winter), golf & ultimate (in the summer) and hanging out at the lake when he can.
Partner
As a managing partner at Flooring Pros Marketing, David brings years of industry experience including multiple flooring start-ups across retail, distribution, marketing, and technology. As a serial entrepreneur, David has built 6 companies to multi-million dollars in revenue over the past 20 years. He is able to bring that experience and knowledge to the flooring industry to provide detailed client insights for flooring dealers encountering marketing, operational, and strategic challenges. David spends the majority of his free time with his family or watching sports. His favorite teams include the NY Giants, NY Yankees, and Tottenham Hotspur from the Premier League. David loves business and entrepreneurship, so he never feels like he’s worked a day in his life.
Operations Manager
Maja keeps everything running smoothly by streamlining processes and optimizing daily operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a love for efficiency, she brings both structure and creativity to the team. Apart from improving workflows and systems, she is passionate about interior design, furniture upcycling, singing, and soaking up life on the beautiful Portuguese coast.

When he’s not at work, you can probably find Evan at a concert (if you couldn’t tell based on his Taylor Swift t-shirt)! Aniello is a Web Development Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and overseeing the entire lifecycle of web projects. His primary role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business objectives. He is responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and fostering a productive work environment for his team. Outside of his professional life, Aniello is deeply interested in technology and Research and Development (R&D), constantly exploring the future impact of innovation. He also expresses his creativity through drawing, art, and playing the piano. For his well-being, he prioritizes sports.
Local SEO Specialist
Abid is an SEO Specialist specializing in on-page optimization and Google My Business management. His expertise includes schema markup implementation, local SEO strategies, comprehensive audits, and content creation to enhance business visibility and search performance. He conducts client audits, keyword research, and resolves technical issues for our clients. When he’s not optimizing websites, Abid plays football, enjoys hiking on trails, and stays current with the latest local SEO techniques to help brands flourish online.

Carmen plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company. She handles payroll, financial tracking, manages internal systems and provides client account support. She helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provides essential administrative and operational support to the team. Outside of work, she’s an avid runner who has completed multiple half marathons and never misses a morning run.

Her goal is to provide clear communication and make your marketing experience painless and efficient. She lives in Charleston, South Carolina and loves spending time by the beach and the beautiful marshes. Nenad is a Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator who creates engaging digital content across platforms. He specializes in editing videos and coordinating social media strategies that boost online presence. Outside of work, Nenad enjoys movies and creative writing.
Creative Designer
Paz, our Creative Designer since August 2022. Paz’s role includes designing ads, creating social media content, preparing client presentations, developing branding materials, editing images and videos, and adapting designs for different platforms and formats. She also collaborates with the marketing team to ensure all creative assets align with client goals and brand guidelines. In her free time, you’ll probably find her horseback riding, spending time outdoors with her animals, baking a new recipe, or reading a good book.
Project Coordinator
Raquel oversees internal project execution by tracking tasks, providing administrative and technical support, and ensuring key processes are followed through efficiently. She works closely with internal teams to align timelines, manage dependencies, and ensure all fulfillment-related tasks stay on track. Her role ensures smooth coordination across departments, supporting successful and timely project delivery. In her free time, she loves spending quality moments with her family—whether dining out, traveling together, or simply staying at home and playing with her fur babies.
Off-Page SEO Specialist
Russel is an Off-Page SEO Specialist who focuses on building high-quality backlinks, increasing website authority, and improving search engine rankings through strategic outreach and content promotion. Outside of her professional life, she’s passionate about tattoos (and has plenty!), loves going to rock concerts, enjoys long walks, and never says no to a beach day—even though she doesn’t know how to swim, which adds to the fun! When time allows, she’s also eager to join fun runs.
GoHighLevel Expert
As our in-house GoHighLevel expert, Tricia is responsible for building efficient automations, streamlining CRM workflows, and ensuring our clients get the most out of their systems. She is responsible for bringing structure to complexity, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new foods, traveling to new places, and unwinding with true crime documentaries, whether it’s a binge-worthy series or a gripping podcast. She is always in for a good mystery.
